Les Miserables by: Victor Hugo, adapted by Monica Kulling
Review by Chris
Les Miserables is about an escaped convict named Jean Valjean who meets his old enemy, Javert, who is a cop. You will have to read the book to find out more. Mwahahahahahaha!

Actually this book is about so much more than just a "cop" it is also about the poverty of France and the internal conflict Jean Valjean is trying to overcome. Though, Javert does play a paramount role in the book. You have to read the full version to really understand the whole of it, but this is an excellent adaptation!
